I just want to take a minute to recognize the real MVP of Lemmon Cattle Company.
You know those people who just always show up?
No matter the day, the weather, how long the prior day was… they’re there, doing the work, and doing it right.
That’s Layla Metts
She’s the one putting in the long hours when no one’s watching.
The one who cares about the little details.
The one who goes above and beyond without ever needing to be asked.
Not only is she lead cow women around here but what makes her even more special… is what she does beyond that.
She steps in and helps us at home with the kids without hesitation. And with three kids, that kind of support means more than we could ever put into words.
She doesn’t look for credit… but she deserves all of it.
Hardworking doesn’t even begin to cover it. She’s dependable and takes so much pride in what she does and it shows in everything around here.
We’re really lucky to have her. Lemmon Cattle Company wouldn’t be what it is without people like her 🤍
