The anonymous gourmet was happy to get a reservation this past week at the Silver Fork. The winter weather and lights galore made for a warm welcoming experience. I chose the tuna carpaccio which is always outstanding. My entree then was the lamb chops with delicate roasted herb potatoes. A delightful Chardonnay followed by their homemade Swan pastry vanilla ice cream homemade chocolate and homemade whipped cream topped off a very special dining experience.
