Brawl House Brewers Small Batch Brewing located in Manchester, NH - dedicated to producing a high quality brew to enjoy at any occasion I keep it simple. I am an American Brewer.

Why try and mimick a mass produced widely mishandled product like a commercial beer? If you ask me the simple things in life are the best things in life. Water, malt, hops, sugars, yeast.. And time, you can't get time back so make the best of the time you got. I use only the freshest possible grains milled minutes before cooking - the freshest hops in pellet and whole leaf varieties. Specifically

a North Eastern Brewer. It's fridgid in the winters and extra humid hot in the summers - but Fall... Fall is OURS!! With that comes harvest time, an abundance of the freshest freshies you can get your grubberz on, I strive to infuse this into every hand crafted beer I make. But when winter hits.. The backcountry calls and we pack up our stores and head into the white winter wonderland. So if your into a real beer with concept and contention in mind - get your hands on a Brawl House Brew.
