ππ₯© Hearty Pasta Shells with Ground Beef

π Ingredients
β’ 1Β½ lbs ground beef π₯©
β’ 2 cups medium pasta shells π
β’ ΒΌ cup olive oil π«
β’ 4 cups water π§
β’ 1 can Rotel tomatoes πΆοΈπ
β’ Β½ onion, chopped π§
β’ 3 serrano peppers, diced (optional) πΆοΈ
β’ 2 tbsp granulated chicken bouillon π₯£
β’ 4 tbsp granulated tomato bouillon π
β’ 2 packets SazΓ³n seasoning πΏ
β’ 1 bay leaf π
β’ Garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chopped parsley to taste πΏ
π©βπ³ Instructions
1οΈβ£ Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease and season with black pepper.
2οΈβ£ In another skillet, heat the olive oil and lightly toast the pasta shells until they begin to turn golden.
3οΈβ£ Add the toasted pasta shells to the cooked ground beef.
4οΈβ£ Stir in the onion, serrano peppers, Rotel tomatoes, chicken bouillon, tomato bouillon, SazΓ³n seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, bay leaf, and water.
5οΈβ£ Mix well, bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low.
6οΈβ£ Cover and simmer for 20β25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
7οΈβ£ Remove the bay leaf and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
8οΈβ£ Serve hot with garlic bread or a side salad and enjoy! π
