Awesome business and awesome people!
Congrats!

As the day comes to an end, we’d like to extend our deepest gratitude for this community. Three years ago, we opened The Cheese Store of Northern NY without knowing much of anything about running a business. All we knew was that we wanted to carry on something that was already, in its own right, legendary.

It’s because of you that we are here today - planning, creating, continuing to grow. Thank you for 3 incredible years! Whether you’ve been in once, a hundred times, or get your cheese curd exclusively through UPS, you’ve made a difference to us.

To our staff: You are the best. You set the bar. Your loyalty and commitment are never unseen. Thank you for your willingness to come in each day and put in real work to make The Cheese Store a place people want to visit. You are truly the backbone of this little red barn.

Here’s to another year! ❤️

Happy Mother's Day from Sugar Daddies Maple!

Happy Mother's Day to all the incredible moms out there — but an extra-special, syrup-soaked shoutout to our Sugar Mommas!

You hold everything together while we're out in the sugar bush tapping trees, hauling sap, and doing all the wonderful, exhausting things that keep this operation (and the families!) running. We literally couldn't do it without you.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for never complaining when we track mud through the kitchen during maple season.

🎁 Last-minute gift for your momma? We've got you covered.

If you still need something sweet for the mom in your life, our website is always open! Pure New York maple syrup and maple products make the perfect gift — and shipping is just a click away.

That’s a wrap on our best maple season EVER!

We are beyond grateful and thankful to Mother Nature and all our helpers that helped us accomplish a record-breaking season — our biggest maple syrup harvest yet! 🎉

None of this would have been possible without the incredible families and friends who showed up, worked hard, and made this season one we’ll never forget. From the early mornings to the long nights, every drop of syrup tells a story of community, dedication, and a whole lot of love.

Now it’s time to enjoy the fruits (and syrups!) of our labor. Whether you’re a pancake purist, a maple cream fanatic, or just love anything sweet, we’ve got something for you. 🥞✨

Maple takes some patience and time for some jobs, leak checking our tubing system in the woods is one of those jobs. Out there enjoying the weather today and doing some leak checking and looking for the smallest little leaks we can find.

We love it when the trees open up and the sap starts flowing heavy! Here we go!

And to celebrate the launch, we're thrilled to introduce something truly special...

NEW: Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
Rich, pure maple syrup rested in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, slowly absorbing notes of bourbon, oak, and a whisper of smoke. The result? A smooth, complex finish that takes everything — from your morning pancakes to your evening cocktails — to a whole new level.

This one is for the maple lovers AND the bourbon fans. Trust us, it's worth it.

👉 Visit our brand new website to learn our story, shop our products, and become part of the Sugar Daddies Family.

Whether you're a longtime friend of the crew or discovering us for the first time, welcome! You're part of something genuine and crafted to be shared.

To celebrate this lauch we are going to give away a bottle of our Bourbon Barrel Syrup! To be entered please like AND share this post. We will be drawing for our winner on March 14th so dont wait!
