First day of school for our two little scholars! Meet the teacher was a blast on Tuesday. They got to see their classrooms, new friends, and toys! They were excited about their first day at school today!

We made our teachers cute first day of school gifts. "A little something to "C" you through the first day of school... Carry out, Caffeine, and Chocolate."

The girls have snacks, on snacks, on snacks for lunch with a photo of the family and a little love note. *Yes, I am that mom. Sorry, not sorry.

Drop off was rough for Kailani when she realized we weren't staying with her, but she got over it quickly. Out of sight, out of mind. 🤷‍♀️ Maliyah walked right into her classroom, she is tired of us and had things to do. In the words of Maliyah "I'm busy". 🤣

Move mountains, explore your surroundings, and retain all the knowledge you can!

Clark Family Vacation to Galveston 2022. The girls first beach trip!

Been so busy we hadn't got a chance to put our video together from our Galveston 2022 trip. This was the girl's first time at the beach. We packed so much into our itinerary in four days, it was exhausting, but so much fun!

Hope you all enjoy a little sneak peek of our trip!

Day 1:
- The Drive to Galveston
- Stella Mare RV Resort (Check out our home for the weekend.)
- Rainforest Cafe
- Coastal Bike Rentals with a Surrey Bike along the seawall with a pit stop to check out the beach.

Day 2:
- Moody Gardens (Aquarium Pyramid, Cafe Stop for ice cream, Rainforest Pyramid, Colonel Paddlewheel Boat, Dino Exhibit, Discovery Museum, and a 3D Dino movie. We missed Mowgli’s 4D movie. 😢)
- Lunch at The Spot (Neat place, multiple restaurants in one. Some are 21+ and others are family friendly.)
- Stroll to Pleasure Pier
- Chick-fil-A

Day 3:
- Railroad Museum
- The Gumbo Diner (Food was amazing!)
- Stewart Beach
- Moody Garden Beats on the Beach
- The Sky Bar (not featured, but on the strand. They have an amazing reverse happy hour and their sushi is so good!)

Day 4:
- The Drive Home

We design a lot of garden beds for our clients and have a lot of knowledge about organic gardens. As you have probably seen in past videos our garden at work is the size of a basketball court and we plant year around. Our neighbors help us harvest each season as we grow more than one family can eat.

We thought it would be a fun little project for the girls to create their own little vertical organic garden beds at home to care for.

Stay tuned as we take you on an adventure over the next few months with Kai & MJ. We will throw a little knowledge your way here and there and feel free to ask questions. We will talk about companion planting and organic amendments to benefit and maximum the yield.
