Rum Cake Cart is OPEN!!

In honor of Mother’s Day, my rum cake cart is opening to Outer Banks Locals.

Come shop this SATURDAY between the hours of 9am-12pm on South Street in Manteo. Look for the yellow umbrella and striped cart setup. Grab a bag on the side and fill it up with minis for your loved ones-
ESPECIALLY for all of the beautiful hardworking MAMAS out there. This batch is for you! 💕

This week’s flavor is : Strawberry lavender 🍓

I can’t keep thinking about the 76 cakes that will be enjoyed at your Thanksgiving tables this year. So much love went into every batch and I am thankful that it will spread all across the US this season.

I’m thrilled to announce that Roanoke Island Rum Cakes has been accepted into the Downtown Manteo Market this summer — my first official season!

To help fund materials and my summer food stand, I’m releasing one final small batch of Easter rum cakes — and they’re extra special:
Lightly glazed with salted caramel.
