It’s you, the consumer. The person making the decision to choose local food with your dollar. With you the consumer, a strong local food system ceases to exist as it gives way to convenience, ease, and a “cheaper” more centralized system. What do you think?

Today we try and teach without going into anaphylactic shock! True homeschooling…via the phone.
Fun fact: soapy water is a natural way to kill yellowjackets and wasps by binding to the holes (spiracles) on their exoskeleton that allows them to breathe, essentially suffocating them.
