Why do I feel like my produce just tastes better?

Because this isn't a big farm operation. I hand plant everything, because I feel it adds a little bit of soul to the end product. This is my personal garden as well. I only grow the things that I have learned have the best flavor.

Sunsets in the market garden just hit differently, especially during planting season. This evening's project was transplanting spring garlic from the test garden to the main market garden. 🧄🧄🧄
