📍 Sourdough By Sierra | Oakdale, MN

This haul was UNREAL. I grabbed the Hot Honey & Asiago Sourdough and y’all… that crust?? Omg!

But we didn’t stop there. Sierra gave me her Oreo roll. Soft, gooey, and packed with cookies-and-cream goodness.

The Strawberry & Crème roll is like a fresh berry dream wrapped in the fluffiest dough.

And the brownies?? The Biscoff Brownie is rich and fudgy with crumbly cookie texture throughout, and the Turtle Brownie is loaded with caramel, chocolate, and pecans. Absolute decadence at the highest level.

Every single thing was bakery-level perfection…you can taste the love and craftsmanship in each bite.

📍 Mary Williams, Maple Grove, MN | Oatmeal Creme Pie.

I drove across town for ONE oatmeal creme pie and it was worth every mile. Mary over at Orange Door Bakery in Maple Grove is NOT playing around. Two soft, chewy oatmeal cookies + that perfect cloud of creme filling. Ughhhh.

It’s giving childhood nostalgia… but make it gourmet.

Is this better than the boxed kind we all grew up on?? 👀 Run, don’t walk.

📍 - inside the B-Dale Club - might be the best-kept secret in Roseville. 🔥🐷

The moment you walk in, you know you’re in a classic, laid back vibe with some tasty cue. We came hungry and left a believer.

The brisket is the star smoked low and slow with a deep mahogany bark, a perfect pink smoke ring, and meat so tender it pulls apart with a fork. No sauce needed. But their house made sauces are both excellent.

The pulled pork was smoky and moist, soaking up every bit of that tangy and delicious sotalina mustard sauce.

Don’t sleep on the sides, the mac & cheese is creamy and rich, and the baked beans had a very smoky and rich flavor, though they were a bit dry and pasty for our liking.

Generous portions, friendly staff. This is the kind of place you kick back after a long week of work and indulge in bbq, brews, and pulled pork tabs

📍 and their cookies are no joke. 🍪

Every single one is a 24-hour process — brown butter slow-cooked in small batches, toffee made from scratch, hand-chopped chocolate folded right into the dough. Then it rests a full day before it ever hits the oven. You can taste the patience and love they put into making each one.

That Stroopwafel cookie? Deep, nutty, gooey pockets of chocolate with that crispy waffle on top. The OG dark chocolate hits just as hard. And the S’mores cookie, OMG. These are hand-shaped, small-batch, and made with way too much care to be this affordable.

Run, don’t walk. This home bakery is the real deal. 🔥

.slice.mn in 📍 Alexandria, MN is NOT playing around with this Ultimate Pepperoni pizza.

Three kinds of pepperoni, fresh mozz dollops, shredded parmesan, and that house-made vodka sauce drizzled all over. This might be the most loaded pizza in central Minnesota and everyone should know about it.

This checks all the boxes of proper Detroit style pizza, right down to the sauce on top.

Alexandria, you’ve got a winner here, because this pizza is worth the 100+ miles I drove to get it.
