I have been "published" a few times during my Welsh pony journey. This is a flashback to July 2005, when the ponies and I appeared in a Horse & Family feature called "Rediscovering the Welsh Pony".
The ponies featured in the article are:
🦄Galore's First Edition/Eddy/Grrr
1999 Half Welsh stallion
(Road Warrior x Flying Colors Dark of the Moon), not his dam, Flying Colors Dark of the Moon as listed
🦄Galore's Joy N Dreams/Tera
2001 Half Welsh mare
(Tali Sahib x Ironhorse Jump For Joy)
🦄Galore's PhantaSea/Fancy
2005 Half Welsh filly
(Phantom Bronze Knight x Lady June)
🦄Galore's Easy To Spot/Slick
2004 Section B c**t
(Phantom Bronze Knight x Young's Kwik N Easy)
Fun fact: The reporter's then 11 year old son son, Justin, bought Slick with his own money. He paid cash🙂 Justin broke Slick himself, and when he outgrew him, Slick went on to be a successful show pony the Lundgren family and a lesson pony for the Heitkamp family.
