I made this brothy soup just recently with turkey meatballs and lots of good vegetables that are high in fiber. It's got cabbage, celery, butternut squash, white mushrooms, onion, carrots, potatoes, and garlic. If any one wants the recipe let me know. It really had good flavor, I served it with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. (I wish I had some right now...) :)
