Unpopular opinion: Belle runs Cedar Lane Farms and we just work here. 🐾

She greets every single person who walks onto this property. She inspects every candle before it ships (quality control is very important to her). She has never met a stranger and has strong feelings about being left out of anything.

If you've ever been to the farm and been welcomed by a wagging tail before you even made it to the door — that was Belle saying you belong here.

April on the farm is something that sneaks up on you. 🌱

One morning it's still cold and grey, and then suddenly — the light shifts, the air changes, and everything starts waking up again.

Curtis and I have been out planting baby Christmas trees, and you can already see the buds getting ready to pop. There's something really special about watching something you planted with your own hands come to life. The goats have loud opinions about all of it. Belle has claimed her spot in a patch of sun by the door and is not moving for anyone. 🐾

We started Cedar Lane Farms because we believed a home should feel like a sanctuary — like somewhere you actually want to be. Watching spring arrive on this property reminds us exactly why we do what we do.
