for Fall planting is now available on our website and in our Etsy Shop! on our small in the Wisconsin Northwoods. Planted and harvested by hand. Each seed bulb is 2 inches or bigger. Bigger cloves make bigger bulbs. Sold by the pound. Varieties:

METECHI — often called the Spiciest in the World. Purple-blushed cloves with a sharp, spicy bite that finishes smooth and robust.

KOREAN RED — bold and fiery. An early harvest variety with serious heat and rich flavor.

GERMAN WHITE — large hearty white cloves with a strong, spicy kick that mellows when cooked.

CHESNOK RED — purple-striped heirloom. Sweet, rich flavor, especially for roasting.

MUSIC — huge cloves, classic robust flavor, extremely hardy, easy to peel.

Garlic Braids now available at Bear Trap Creek Farms!

We now have these absolutely gorgeous garlic braids from Van Low Family Farm in our farm store along with their other garlic products! I love these garlic braids! They are a local family farm that grows A LOT of beautiful garlic and they make really delicious products with it. We love having them in our farm store 💖✨

Our eggs, our beef tenderloin some Spirit Creek Farm Sauerkraut and Black Garlic BBQ Sauce from Van Low Family Farm 💖🤤 We have this delicious BBQ sauce in our farm store with their garlic rubs and Cat"Sup" too. We love all of their garlic products! Also have the eggs. the beef and the sauerkraut out there😁
