Hey all, so grateful for all who have taken a chance on trying some authentic Trini food. Your love and support also helped me support my family.

Unfortunately it’s time for The Trini Iron Pot to say goodbye to cooking and catering (for now at least), while I get my daughter back to health.

Thanks so much to everyone who supported this week! I gave cooking every week day a try and it was a success! I am one woman, carrying a toddler on my back while I cook and this wasn’t easy but it was worth it 🙏🏽😘🇹🇹

NEXT WEEKS MENU!

Monday: fried rice, veggies and Chinese style chicken $16

Tuesday: curry goat and potatoes over rice with a side of roti (y’all really liked this one 😭) $18

Wednesday: stewed beef, rice and peas with plantains and coleslaw $18

Thursday: doubles ☺️ $6 (comes with cucumber, sweet sauce, side of pepper sauce and a drink)

Friday: pholourie and sweet sauce $5

Sunday: curry chicken and potato roti $16

Please get all orders in by the day before so I can accommodate everyone.
