Been doing alot of pre-made meals. I also did the Fathers Day Brunch at my church. I made bacon and coffee cake for the dad's. They loved it. Was so busy handing out cake and bacon that i forgot to take pictures to post. My bad.. lol

Special surprise birthday party luncheon for a very special lady. These are pictures of her favorite dishes that I created. The beautiful cup cake/cake was created by our local grocery store.
On the menu today was yummy Chicken Chalup, Refried Beans, Green Chili Chicken Tamales and Roasted Salsa, all made to order for her good friend who threw the party for her.
If you want to throw a surprise luncheon or any get together for graduation, bridal shower, baby shower, pool party or any occasion just give me a text or call to book the type of foods you would like.

I've been so busy from Nov-Dec preparing pans of food for peoples get togethers and making Tamales. It has been quit a hectic time of year, but I got it all done and have a lot of satisfied customers. The wedding that I'm catering November 25th is quickly approaching. I'm keeping a look out for the best sales and will soon start purchasing the meats and other items I need for the taco bar. Then I will get to cooking it all so it will all be ready on the big day... this takes the stress off the bride and groom so they can just concentrate on themselves for their wonderful and unforgettable day. Pictures will be posted after the big day. I feel so blessed that they chose me to do the cooking for them. Thst is my passion to cook for others.

I have another engagement coming up in November that I will be cooking for. I'm super excited for the happy couple when they finally say their I Do's and I will be taking the stress of feeding the guests off their minds. The couple opted for a Taco Bar with traditional tacos and street tacos, which i will be preparing the ground beef taco meat, green chili pork and red chili chicken, salsa and toppings and my awesome Mac and Cheese for the kiddos. It is going to be an awesome day with some outstandingly delicious food prep'd and cooked by Rico's Special Occasions Cooking(RSOC). Pictures will be posted after the event takes place so stay tuned. Well it happened and it was a successful baby shower! Everyone enjoyed the food immensely, they kept coming back for more. Buffet consisted of Red Beef, Green Pork, Refried Beans, Mexican Rice, Salsa, Pico, Queso, Guacamole, Potato Salad, Chips and Totillas.
