🍽️ Pink Spoon Kitchen – No-Show & Cancellation Policy

To keep things fair and to make sure every plate is made fresh and with love, please review our no-show and cancellation guidelines:

💗 Pre-Order Fee

• A $5 non-refundable pre-order fee is required for each plate.
• This fee secures your spot and covers ingredients and preparation time.

⏰ Pick-Up Window

• All orders must be picked up during the scheduled pick-up window.
• If you are running late, please message me at least 15–20 minutes before your pick-up time.

🚫 No-Show Policy

• If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time and no communication is made, the order is considered a no-show.
• No-shows forfeit the pre-order fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in being asked to pre-pay the full order for future plates.

❌ Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the pick-up window.
• The pre-order fee is still non-refundable, but this helps me plan portions and ingredients.

💬 Communication is Key

I completely understand things happen! Just send me a quick message if you need to adjust your pick-up time. I’m always happy to work with you when there’s communication. 💗

Taking this week off for Thanksgiving, but I already find myself missing one of my favorites — tender, juicy pot roast with cheesy garlic mashed potatoes and warm cornbread. 🥹✨
