Well, we may have babies coming in about 290 days! Our 2nd breeding season is underway ❤️🙏🤗 Our 2nd time mamma Aurora and our almost 2 yr old heifer Buttercup are in full heat! Miss you Maribell! Our baby bull Neo is turning one on 10/20. He understood the assignment. He is mounting with purpose. Girls are mounting and discharge. Something good is about to happen!! Chuckie is just trying to stay out of everyones way 🤪👀😜 stay tuned!! We will be heat checking again around 21 days then we may do blood draws to confirm in a couple months. 🙏 with all the heart aches last year something good is about to happen! Two baby heifers are growing like weeds. By last Spring they will be in the mix for a round with Neo. Goal is to have two heifers spring calving and two heifers fall calving 🙏🙏🤗🙏🙏

The babies are progressing well in training. They are now able to be worked independently without panicking. Miracles are working. RaChel is doing amazing with them 🙏❤️🙏 God brings the right people in and the exact moment!!

Yesterday, we received 3.41”s rain from 12:30-1:40. Water rose fast on our hay fields on archers fork. We lost apx 25-30 acres of hay, BUT we know a big God who will provide. Last yr we lost to the drought. These are pictures of when the water was rising. A neighbor told us 8’ in 30 min. I will make a separate post for peak flood of about 4-5’ of water on fields and another post from today’s pictures of the aftermath. We saw crews clearing from fire dept and rescues out archer last night. Today, the county has a crew down there working to clear debris off archers fork rd.

Archer fork hay fields around peek on 8/17 and after on 8/18. It did get a little higher toward the house across the road. The last photo is our attempt to go down elk run. The low water bridge was washed out and covered.
