Had a great time cooking at VFW Marion/West Memphis Post 5225 event Smoking for Vets. Definitely a cook to build on and support. Thanks to everyone that helped and and sponsored this event.
We were able to walk away with
1st place Ribs
4th place Loin
6th place wings. (I do have a question on wings do you prefer whole wings or drumny and flat?)
