Made a trip out to the garden and pulled a bunch of carrots and picked some more corn!!

There are now 3 kinds of carrots 🥕 and some sweet corn 🌽 in the stand! I also added a few jars of my Flathead Cherry Jam! 🍒 The same jam that is in my Cherry sweet rollls!😊

We have some sweet treats for you today, and a restock on some of the produce.😊

I also shared some of my Peach Lemonade concentrate 🍑🍋 and some more jars of sweet relish are also available! 🥒

Later this afternoon I am going to take a walk through the corn patch and see if there are anymore ears of corn available. 🌽

I had some great guesses, mostly jam or syrup, a couple of pectin possibilities.

The final product is….. peach lemonade concentrate!!!

Each pint makes a half gallon of delicious peach lemonade!!! 🍑🍋

Just the leftover scraps made 9 pints of concentrate, no waste here!

Plus it’s sooooo GOOD!!😊

The tomatoes ripened quick this weekend! 🍅This will probably be an extended season because there are still lots of green ones out there!

So I have tomatoes available in the stand!! $2/each or 3/$5 I also found a couple megatron jalapenos so I made up a few salsa boxes!!😁

Each box contains 2 pounds of tomatoes with onions, garlic, jalapenos and cilantro. All you add is salt and lime juice or vinegar to taste!! Each box makes one and a half to two pints of salsa!!💃 $10/each

lol first one of these I’ve had! But it is that time of year and the garden is popping!!

We still have some homegrown corn left but not much, we also added some butternut squash, spaghetti squash, stocked up the zucchini, garlic, sweet peppers, and we now have locally grown peaches!!🍑

This is a limited supply and are first come, first serve.

Soon to come will be salsa boxes, tomatoes, sugar pumpkins, carrots and potatoes! The peas are still coming in thick so I’m sure another harvest of them will be coming too!
