We’re keeping our fall recipe series rolling with a warm, cheesy, sweet-and-savory dip made for football weekends. 🏈

Made right on the Blackstone Products with:

• 16 oz VELVEETA
• 2 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
• 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
• Our Spicy Bacon Jam, to taste
• 3 slices Smithfield Brand bacon
• 1 green onion, chopped

Crisp the bacon, melt down the cheeses, stir in the Rotel and a generous helping of Spicy Bacon Jam, then finish with crumbled bacon and green onion.

Dylan Nobert took dipping sauce to the next level with this sweet, smoky and savory homemade sauce featuring our Midwest Fresh Savory Bacon Jam. Consider this your sign to skip the bottled stuff.

Save this one for your next batch of fried chicken 👇

🥓 BACON JAM DIPPING SAUCE
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp yellow mustard
• 1 tbsp smoky BBQ sauce
• 1 tbsp Midwest Fresh Savory Bacon Jam
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp pickle juice (or ½ tsp apple c***r vinegar)
• Garlic powder + smoked paprika, to taste
• Salt + fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
• Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
• Pinch of MSG, optional

Whisk everything together until smooth, then refrigerate until you’re ready to dip. Pro tip: give it a few hours in the fridge and it gets even better.
