💜 A CHANGE OF PLANS FOR MARA’S SNACKERY
Well, y’all… it looks like our storefront chapter is coming to an end a little sooner than we planned.
We originally planned to keep the doors open through October 29th, but after looking at what would be required to continue operating the storefront for just a few more weeks, I’ve made the difficult decision to go ahead and close the storefront effective immediately.
This definitely isn’t how I planned to say goodbye to this little place.
Mara’s Snackery has been so much more than four walls. It’s been lunches, loaded potatoes, giant salads, lemonades, cookies, after-school stops, conversations across the counter, laughs, crazy busy event prep, and a whole lot of memories.
But Mara’s Snackery is NOT going away.
We’re simply changing how we do things.
Our next chapter will focus on events, catering, pop-ups, the trailer, specialty drinks, cookies and all the fun things we can take on the road.
To every single person who walked through these doors, ordered lunch, shared a post, recommended us to someone, brought in your kids, supported a fundraiser, or simply told me to keep going — thank you.
I truly wish we could have had those last 16 days together, but sometimes plans change before we’re ready for them.
So this isn’t goodbye to Mara’s Snackery.
It’s goodbye to the storefront. 💜
Now let’s see where the trailer takes us.
Keep following the page — I’ll be posting where you can find Mara’s Snackery next, upcoming events, catering information, cookie drops and more.
