A little frustrated today.
My females are usually 15-$20 each at a day to a week old..

" Well TSC ducks are $8.99"
I've heard this a dozen times the last few days.

If you want to take your chances on males, go for it.
If you don't care what quality they are, go for it.
If you want it right now and they have it.. go for it.

No I will not trade ducks for the drakes you got.
No, I will not take your drakes.

I'm not in competition with box stores and hatcheries. There is a world of difference in breeding for quantity vs quality. Besides that, there's a difference in buying straight run versus buying females.

By the time you take your chances on buying six ducklings, raising them up and hoping for females, you'd have probably been better off buying what you wanted to start with, even if it costed a bit more.
By the time you feed those ducklings, end up with a few females and have to give the males away, you are already in the hole on time, feed, and you still didn't get your females. Not to mention the kids got attached.
Now you either have to start over with females or TSC again... Or find ducks close to the same age as the two that you got the first go round... And then they cost more.

I do not price match. Especially when theirs are straight run and mine are s*xed..

If you want straight run, I'm pretty sure I can work with you on the price. I would love to lower my prices, get paid for every duckling like box stores do and not have to feed the males all year until they find a purpose.

⭐2025 Price List⭐

🐣All birds are at least 1 week old before sale. We want to make sure that our birds are strong and healthy before they leave us.
🐣We hatch in small batches with usually a new hatch each week that will often contain different breeds.
We will post the breeds available that week and a count of how many of each are available.
🐣We meet on the weekends, usually at Marshall Ingles. We all work full time jobs and the weekends are the best time for us to meet
🐣Due to our strict biosecurity measures, we do not do farm tours or pick ups on farm
🐣We only offer straight run birds, with the exception of the Crested Cream Legbars. CCL's are an autos*xing breed and with that comes a 90% chance of accuracy just based on the color of the bird. For other breeds, we'd rather offer you straight run birds than to try to s*x them, be wrong, and you end up with a couple of roosters and upset.
🐣The Black Copper Marans that are being hatched are from eggs that range from 7-9 on the Marans color chart. We are retaining the 9's but will be offering 7's and 8's

Jersey steer, 18 months old, halter trained. He was a bottle baby so he's quite social. Weight tape has him at around 900-950 pounds. He's used to dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, and is pastured with a mini pony. Asking 8🥕🥕 OBO. Must pick up in Marshall, NC.

As promised, check out these adorable blue New Zealand bunnies! It looks like there are 5 females and 2 males, although I'll do a final and official check of s*xes once they reach 6 weeks. They'll be ready to go on August 10th. Mom weighs in at 9.5 pounds, dad weighs in at 10 pounds. Send us a message if you're interested in adding one of these to your homestead.
