We have been busy! Canning for the Marshall Farmers Market Sept 10th! Come out and try all our new products!!! And we are always at Archwood Green Barns on Sundays from 10-2

We tried something different today, instead of fruit infused lemonade we made fruit infused hibiscus tea. I can’t decide which I like better. What do you think Nichole?
We are having so much fun making up different flavor combinations.
We now have salad dressing, jams, jellies, sauces, Afghan sauce (super spicy but incredibly delicious), tea cup candles, seasoned salts, homemade hand sanitizer, teas, pickled zucchini, garlic, watermelon rinds and green beans, pickles, bbq sauce, eggs and on occasion we have unexpected sweet treats.
Come check us out! We are at the Archwood Green Barns from 10-2 every Sunday and every 2nd Friday at the Marshall Farmer’s market on Main St from 4-7 pm

What a wonderful day at the Marshall’s farmers market today. We had the most amazing fruit and herb infused lemonade. Set up was a bit stressful but we were very busy from 4-7:30. We will have more fresh lemonade infused with fruit and herbs on Sunday at the Archwood Green Barns.

Mama had triplets. The littlest was hanging outside - but for health we decided to bring #3 -aka Tobias - inside to the ‘big barn / house’. Poppy has a newborn under her charge. She’s the best mom, she and Boru are a dream team!

LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD PEOPLE-
I’m interested in finding a few volunteers to try my ‘potentially new product’
I’m making an all natural bug balm, that also doubles as a COVID fighter/ preventer
- and it SMELLS GREAT! -
- Quick Rant... I’m really beginning to worry about the crazy amount of hand sanitizer being used these days-
I’m making this with 100% coconut oil- so it would be a balm, not spray.
Contains Essential Oils of:
- Lemon Eucalyptus
- Rosemary
- Clove
- Laurel leaf and
- Black Pepper oil
I’ve made the balm in 2 strengths-
Regular strength and a
Diluted strength for more sensitive skin types.
- This balm is still not appropriate for children under the age of 3 -
Besides the Bug Repellent Aspect-
There are multiple health benefits to this balm to assist with Fighting and Preventing COVID.
Coconut Oil-
May be linked to some benefits for skin, including reducing inflammation, keeping skin moisturized and helping heal wounds. The medium-chain fatty acids found in coconut oil also possess antimicrobial properties that can help treat acne and protect the skin from harmful bacteria.
Lemon eucalyptus oil is used for preventing mosquito and deer tick bites; for treating muscle spasms, toenail fungus (onychomycosis), osteoarthritis and other joint pain. It is also an ingredient in chest rubs used to relieve congestion.
Rosemary essential oil is a potent Antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal. There are limitless uses for rosemary oil.
Clove oil is used as an antimicrobial, to help kill bacteria. Also an antifungal, and antiviral it has the added benefit of anticarcinogenic properties of spice plants. Clove in particular has attracted attention due to the potent antioxidant and antimicrobial activities making it stand out among the other spices.
Laurel Leaf is known for its bright, spicy, sweet scent. Laurel Leaf supports a healthy respiratory system and can help relieve and clear up congestion
Black Pepper Oil is amazing for the immune system and works to reduce joint and muscle pains and symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism. Antibacterial antiviral and antifungal.
