Thumbprint Cookies are a new one for me. I didn't get pictures of the better looking ones before I ate them - lol! They are a shortbread like cookie - only very tender - plain or rolled in nuts and filled with either icing or jam. Perfect for a party or luncheon or reception - 🙂
