Bringing a new grilled cheese melt to Marshfield Zoo this Saturday! Truffle mac and cheese with extra Wisconsin Cheddar! All melts come with a side of fruit and delicious cheese dip. In Wisconsin we dip our cheese in cheese!

Farmers market special: from our fellow vendors we bought corn, tomatoes, and fresh sourdough bread. We add in heaping amounts of cheddar and a dash of tajin seasoning and we have a Mexican street corn grilled cheese melt!

Our grilled cheese melts are made fresh every week! The pre-shredded cheese has a coating on it that keeps it from sticking together in the package. We prefer hand shredding our cheese from fresh cheese blocks. Hand shredded cheese gives our melts a better taste and creates a perfect cheese pull!
