We have so many ways to get vegan options this week.

We start with a fully stocked Grab and Go kitchen available from 10am-6pm Monday through Friday.

🥙Join us for dinner on Thursday at Parker Apartment Homes from 5pm-7pm

🥙Friday you’ll find us at highcottonuptowndowntown for Ladies Night Out from 5pm-8pm

🥙Saturday we’ll be at The Vista Schooling Center from 9am-3pm. Serving up breakfast, lunch and sweet treats.

🥙Sunday we hit the road to Asheville NC for asheville_veganfest from 12pm-5pm. It’s only a short three hour drive from Aiken and it’s such a fun time, we can’t wait to see you there.

🌱Creamy polenta with Greens and Beans (GF)
Savory polenta mixed with fresh herbs and sun dried tomatoes piled with garlicky greens, white beans and local mushrooms and topped with homemade Parmesan.

🌱Pineapple Fried Rice (GF)
Thai-style sweet and spicy pineapple fried rice with red bell pepper, sweet peas, mushrooms, cashews and cilantro.

🌱Zhoug Power Bowl
A super flavorful bowl piled with rice, cumin roasted chickpeas and cauliflower, sautéed local kale, onions, garlic and fresh tomatoes all dressed with a spicy cilantro herb sauce.

🌱Big Macless Salad (GF)
Blend of shredded lettuce and mixed field greens, tomatoes, pickles, zesty red onions, and perfectly seasoned lentils all smothered in a special sauce that is sure to bring all your vegan dreams of fast food deliciousness right to your plate.

🌱Weekly Soup: Sun Dried Tomato Corn Chowder (GF)
Fall is my absolute favorite season but before we close out summer let’s enjoy a creamy, lightly sweet chowder with cheesy croutons.

Hearty antipasto salad with olives, artichokes and mozz’rella cheese tossed in a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette dressing

🌱PB and J Bread Pudding (GFO)
A throwback to flavors from childhood with creamy salty peanut butter and a housemade fruit jelly baked into a bready custard. The traditional version uses locally sourced sourdough bread.

Sweet, vibrant Lemon Raspberry Scones is a bright way to start the day! Flaky, yet pillow-y scones with a lemon

It’s the last couple of days too get your votes in. Uprooted, Vegan Cuisine is listed under the Best Vegetarian Restaurants. We’ve placed in the Top 2 the past couple of years and would really appreciate a vote everyday through Sunday to try and place FIRST!

This unbelievably delicious pasta dish is filled with buttery castelvetrano olives, garlic, lemon, parmesan, and lots of fresh parsley and basil!

CSRA friends — whether you are fully vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergy-conscious, or just looking for fresh, feel-good food… Uprooted Vegan Cuisine is such a special local find. 💚
We have loved seeing Uprooted grow over the years in the Augusta/Aiken/CSRA area. Jenn, the owner, is truly such a gem — kind, welcoming, and so passionate about what she creates.

Every time we see her popped up at a local event, we are always happy to grab something. Her food is fresh, thoughtful, healthy, and still so satisfying. Everything we have tried over the years has been excellent. 🌿✨
