From tiny fluff balls in early March to beautiful hens laying their very first eggs. 🥹🐔🤎

Watching these five girls grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Every stage has been worth it, and finding these two fresh brown eggs this morning made all the time and care feel so rewarding.

Here’s to many more eggs and memories. 🥚❤️

Nothing goes to waste around here! 🥚

Yesterdays harvest turned into two of our new favorite ways to enjoy quail eggs:

🌶️ Korean Marinated Quail Eggs – savory, slightly sweet, and packed with flavor.
🥓 Bacon-Wrapped Quail Eggs – because everything's a little better with bacon.

One of the best parts of raising quail is not just collecting fresh eggs, it's finding new and delicious ways to enjoy them.

Just collected a few eggs and found this sucker! 🥚😂

The egg in the middle is an absolute monster compared to the rest! Every now and then, one of our hens decides to surprise us with an extra-large egg like this. It's always fun seeing the variety they produce.

A good day's collection from the covey! 🥚

These won't be heading to the incubator--they're destined for the pickle jar instead. I'm thinking about trying a spicy Korean-style blend this batch, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they turn out.

Has anyone here made pickled quail eggs before? If so, what's your favorite recipe or ingredient to add? I'd love to hear your recommendations!

🐣 Hatch day is one of the best days!

We’ve got lots of healthy little quail making their way into the world today! This hatch includes our Jumbo Browns along with a colorful mix of other quail varieties. 🥚✨

There are still a few eggs left in the incubator, so we’re hoping for a few more fluffy arrivals today or tomorrow!
