Sometimes being a mom means you get so caught up taking care of everybody else that you forget about yourself🥴

I’m learning that taking care of my mental health, choosing my peace, and making decisions that are best for ME aren’t selfish. I’m the glue that holds so much together, and I can’t keep pouring into everybody else while running on empty.

And sometimes, finding yourself again means letting go of the relationship you thought you’d have and learning to love the woman you’re becoming.

Here’s to putting ourselves first, choosing peace, and remembering who we are outside of being moms and partners. 🥂🩷

For the women who had to start over after a relationship, how did you find yourself again? 🥹💕
