Round #2 of cooking the massive Porterhouse steaks for my Beautiful Wife Melissa Woodward Hoffmaster and our son Michael as I still can not have steak yet. I don’t mind grilling for them still as seeing them enjoy them still makes me happy. Made some big 28oz shaker bottles of our very own Hoffmaster's House Of Spice BBQ Rubs Pork & Rib Rub today. A local brewery uses it on some of their meat offerings at their place. They bought some small bottles to try and liked it and wanted 3 bottles in a larger size. So we made it happen for them as they are good friends of ours and we love their place. We have our good friends and partners in the BBQ World competing in this event tomorrow using our line of Rubs. We want to wish them the best of luck and what a great event to be in and also maybe learn some new tricks. Go get em Cornfed BBQ team. Today I dropped off an order of our Hoffmaster's House Of Spice BBQ Rubs to a brand new store set to open very soon in Berkeley Springs WV. They are not carrying our full line of 10 flavors yet as they want to see how they sell first. But our Rubs will soon be available to folks in Morgan County WV. Look for Wild And Wonderful Souvenir Shop to hopefully be opening in the next week or so. It is located directly behind Panhandle Printing. Excited to get our Rubs into another business and gain us more exposure and customers. Happy Friday my friends😉👊
