BEFORE AND AFTER PICS INCOMING:
We are getting close, y’all.
No opening date yet, and I’m trying really hard not to get ahead of myself… because apparently I was delusional back when I thought “March Madness” was a realistic goal. 😂
This process has humbled the hell out of me.
Every time I think we’re on the one-yard line, another checklist magically appears.
Still left to knock out:
Holding cabinet
Stripe our tiny little parking lot
Figure out the back door stairs — because I’ve somehow turned stairs into a life-altering decision
Get equipment in place and staged
Test the customer flow/kitchen flow
City inspection
Health department opening inspection
There have been so many friends, family, customers, and even complete strangers who have helped us, encouraged us, given advice, offered a hand, or simply kept checking in and believing in what we’re building.
An official thank you is coming — hopefully in July — because there are a whole lot of people who deserve some love for helping us get to this point.
So no official date yet.
Just wanted to give a real update for everyone who keeps asking, checking in, and rooting for us.
We’re not there yet.
But we’re close enough that it finally feels real.
July is the goal. Hope y’all are hungry.
