This is where is all begins, it’s not just show up and boil. This is the beginning of 26/27 crawfish season!! First the seed goes in the ground to grow the crop to grow the crawfish to be able to eat them. From early mornings to late nights it all starts right here in the ponds!! Stay tuned we will update you as the crop begins to grow!! Pray for a plentiful season!

First things first Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!!! We are gearing up today for a very busy week, this week is nursing homes week and we will be slammed up! Stay tuned for pics to come starting tomorrow, we can’t thank diversified healthcare enough for this busy week.

From Tilden Texas on Friday, to Rivergate on Sunday!!! We had the opportunity to serve some oilfield hands down in south Texas, then we packed up and hit the road Friday night to gear up for the Rivergate HOA boil today.
