Cajun Milk Cows Cajun Milk Cow's mini Jerseys are pasture raised in Louisiana. In 1998, my husband 'bought the farm', and decided to raise forage hardy milk cows.

Our minis are dual registered AJCA and MJHB, Our minis are DNA purebred & vet tested negative for BLV, BVD, Brucellosis, IBR, Johnes, Leptospirosis, Q Fever, & TB. We raise grass fed mini Jersyes and mini Guernseys. We wanted the A2 milk gene and the yellow beta carotene in the milk. We have trained, gentle, A2/A2, polled, and disease free miniature milk cows. we also have AI semen and bulls for sale.
