It’s fun to look back after the season and see the change over the 5 week season and see the change in the syrup. The sap naturally gets darker as the season goes on. The first batch we did on the left was March 3 and the last on the right was April 7.

Do you know that the color of the syrup changes throughout the season? The light amber is from the early season, and it darkens with each run. It's been fun to watch the color change over the past four weeks. I hope we get a couple more good runs this year! 🤞🏻
