The Capriotti's story began in 1920 when my grandfather, Nazzareno Capriotti, left Marche, Italy, and eventually settled in Hazleton, Penn
sylvania. Their authentic Italian recipes, passed down through generations, are still the foundation of everything we serve today. Growing up in my grandparents' home, Sunday mornings meant the aroma of homemade meatballs and sauce filling the house. Friday afternoons, my grandmother would knead dough for fresh bread, pizza, and stromboli while neighbors gathered to enjoy her cooking. These weren't just meals, they were celebrations that brought people together. That same spirit of bringing people together through food inspired my parents to open Cappy's Pizzeria in 1984. My sister Laurie and her husband Robert expanded into catering, serving local factories and private events. After serving in Desert Storm with the U.S. Army Reserves, I purchased what became Tresckow Super Food in 1991 and began catering weddings, reunions, and corporate events for groups from 10 to 600 people. Today, Capriotti's Catering has grown into a full-service catering company specializing in:
