What do you think about cebularz? I used to devour it during breaks between classes in high school. My friends and I would always go to a nearby bakery called βPiotruΕ,β where they sold them warm, soft, and full of flavor. I even know the homemade recipe π
Cebularz is a wheat flatbread, about 15 to 20 centimeters in diameter, topped with diced onion mixed with poppy seeds. It is characteristic of the Lublin region and is one of the most popular traditional products in the Lublin Voivodeship.
