Aging doesn’t have to steal your body.

If you’re 40+ and working out but still not seeing changes, the problem is usually not effort. It’s that your body needs a new plan.

More cardio, less food, and random workouts can leave you tired, puffy, and stuck. 😣

Try this instead: lift with purpose, eat enough protein, and follow a simple structure that fits your hormones and your life.

I'm gonna be real with you.

A lot of coaches say "you don't have to give up your favorite foods" because that's what sells. And yeah, you don't have to quit cold turkey. But here's what they don't tell you:

Flexible eating isn't intuitive eating. It's not just stocking your pantry with healthy snacks. It's not eating healthy "most of the time."

Because most of the time, when women say they eat healthy, they mean they make healthy choices. But they're not tracking protein. They're not seeing the full picture.

They eat clean Monday through Friday. Then the weekend hits and they consume more calories in two days than they did all week.

That's not flexible. That's just... inconsistent.
