We regret to inform you that we will be closed next Friday, October 23rd. We have extenuating family circumstances that are preventing us from opening.

We hope you understand.

We will reopen on Friday, October 30th. We will also have fresh beef, pork and chicken coming back at that time.

All VIP’s will be entitled to two free products that week.

I would like to take the time to thank all of our amazing customers that have visited over the past two years.

On October 11th, 2024, we first opened our business under a tent because our building wasn’t completed. Since then, we’ve grown exponentially. We are so humbled by the outpouring of support and for all of you who have trusted us to feed you and your families.

Our system tracks these visits when you enter your customer information or use the same credit/debit card. If you use any other form of payment, it’s essential that you enter your customer information on the keypad.

According to our system, the top customers have visited 60 times or more, WOW! With us being open only one day per week, these customers have rarely missed a week since we opened!

Dinner is served! Ya’ll, these loaded nachos are super easy and quick. The whole family will be sure to dig in!

1 lb of G&R ground beef (browned and drained)
1 packet of Spicy Siete Taco Seasoning
1 cup water
1 jar of Jemstar Corn Salsa (so good!)
1 can of refried beans
1 bag of Creamery View Mild Cheddar Cheese.
1 bag of tortilla chips

Mix in taco seasoning with ground beef and water. Let boil down. Add the entire jar of corn salsa and let boil down. In a saucepan, heat the refried beans with 1/2 cup water and 1/4 bag of the cheese.

Spread out the tortilla chips and top with meat mixture, then beans, then rest of cheese.

Bake at 400 until cheese is melted.

Serve with sour cream or ranch. Feel free to add as many toppings as you like!

Chuck roasts are definitely one of our top sellers and we have a hard time keeping them! We sold 77 lbs of chuck roast on Friday, prompting me to bring one home for us this weekend. I just braised this one and roasted in the oven for 3 hours on 300 degrees. Very yummy!

If you haven’t tried our chuck roasts, you’re going to have to grab one when we have them!

Thanks to all who came out and supported us yesterday!

After we closed, I thought we’d try one of the Frontier Soups. This one is the potato leek soup. It was super good and even Raymond liked it and he isn’t crazy about potato soup.

I added:

Ground chicken (fried first)
8 cups of chicken broth (I use chicken base for quick and easy)
1 cup of Goode’s heavy cream
1 bag of shredded mild cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 can of white beans (blended and added for fiber and thickness)

It was super good, quick and easy!

If you haven’t tried one of our soups, be sure to come in next Friday and pick one up!
