One year ago, I was baking cakes at home and posting them on Facebook Marketplace, hoping someone would give them a try.

This past weekend, between three events and custom orders, we made and sold nearly 500 cakes. 🤯

The numbers are incredible, but what means the most to me is seeing so many familiar faces, reading your kind messages, and knowing so many of you came back for another cake. ❤️

Something I’ve been working on quietly is finally starting to happen.

My boba shop is officially under construction… and it still doesn’t feel completely real.

I’ll be away for the next month, going back to China to train with a brand I’ll be bringing to the U.S. as a franchise.

This isn’t something spontaneous — it’s something I’ve been planning for the past two years.

There’s a lot I still don’t know, and a lot I’m about to learn.

But I think I’m ready.

I’ll be sharing the whole process — the training, the ideas, and also getting inspired by different dessert shops along the way.

This is just the beginning.

We did it… a record-breaking day at the McKinney Farmers Market 🎉

Today I sold 120 pieces of cake, my personal best so far — and I honestly couldn’t have done it without all of you.

To everyone who came by, supported, and especially my returning customers — thank you. Hearing you tell me how much you enjoy the cakes means more to me than you know. That’s what keeps me going.

I’m really, really happy (and still a little in shock 🥹), but this just motivates me to keep improving, keep creating, and keep showing up better each time.

I’ll keep working hard — and as always, I truly welcome your feedback 💛
