I feel so blessed. 🤍
It’s officially been two weeks since we opened Cha Halo, and honestly, these past two weeks still don’t feel real.
From spending almost a year and a half preparing for this store, going through months of construction, flying back to Xi’an for training, dealing with delays, and constantly wondering when we could finally open… to seeing a line all the way down the building before we even opened our doors — it has been such an emotional journey.
Opening week was crazy. It was hot, we were short-staffed, the wait was long, and there were definitely moments where I felt completely exhausted. But every single time you guys gave us feedback, we listened and tried to fix things as quickly as we could.
What means the most to me is seeing so many familiar faces — especially customers who have supported me since Eat Eat Dessert&More — still showing up for me here at Cha Halo. Some of you drove from Arlington, Fort Worth, and so far away just to come support us, and some of you have already come back multiple times. 🥹
That truly means more to me than I can explain.
I’m also so thankful for my team. Everyone has worked SO hard these past two weeks, and I genuinely could not have done this without them.
