It all started in the kitchen of a North Portland bar in 2008 with fresh salsa, using creator Nikki Guerrero’s family recipe. Over the years, expanded their line to include hot sauces, chili oils, and the best darn corn tortilla chips in the PNW! Ingredients are locally sourced in collaboration with farmers to build a more sustainable local food system, focusing on small batches and quality.
