Led by Owner and Founder, Michael Harrell, and headquartered in Wasilla, Alaska we are in business to support the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention Alaska and MAPS, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic
Studies, two non-profit organizations whose mission coalign with our social purpose. We achieve this by donating over half of our proceed each year from our product sales. Gut Instincts Alaska is also dedicated to helping educate the public on the benefits of incorporating fermented foods in their daily eating habits, to providing the public a basic understanding of fermented foods and how it plays a role in mental health, and to teaching the public about how easy it can be to start fermenting foods on their own. We sell our salsas locally with a purpose intended to showcase how, when incorporating fermented ingredients into the food we consume, it enhances the flavor and makes it incredibly delicious to eat.
