Lake 11 Brewing

10/15/2026

We have updated our 2026 Closings tracker to reflect the latest changes in the Wisconsin craft b**r market.

Recent Updates:

1. Lake 11 Brewing (Medford) announced their official closure on October 13th.

2. Sawmill Brewing Company (Merrill) will remain on the closure list with its original August 31st closure date. While the facility has hosted recent private events, we will continue tracking the brewery as closed until active commercial brewing operations can be verified.

Well its with a heavy heart to announce Lake 11 Brewery has officially closed. Its been a fun almost 4 years and cherish the memories and friends made over that time.

Hops and I are ready for the next chapter as we close everything up. We will be traveling for work over the next couple months and I will be out visiting other small businesses but not with Hops since we dont have dog friendly locations.

The first day Hops was at the brewery as a scared puppy and her last day greeting everyone at the door.

Cheers!

The start of Music in the Park is tonight so come fill a growler (cans will be back in a week or two) before the show.

With more people getting outside the brewery will start closing at 7pm on thursday but the bartender can stay open if there is enough b**rs being poured.

Lake 11 is looking for someone to pour b**rs on friday (4-10) and sundays (11-6pm) this summer. The brewery is a relaxed workplace and you get to have a couple b**rs too. Please contact me at 907.250.8317 if interested.
