👋 Hey cheese fans 👋

I will have a new availability list up by Wednesday.

After a wonderful first market, the holiday weekend, and getting a fresh batch of Colby and Pepper Jack smoked early this morning, I can get an updated inventory out for everyone.

My amazing wife has been helping me get a basic order form that I will be able to put on the page and then you will be able to order there and it will get at total for you as well.

This first month has been amazing and crazy all at the same time. Thank you everyone for your patience and support as this new journey continues.
