Wednesday August 12th at The Donkey. Sometimes you just have to step your game up in crunch time. Today we break out a new special. Most folks know the glorious taste of Pork Belly Burnt Ends, but we are in beef country. Today’s Special is The Beef Belly Burnt End Hoagie. A six inch artisan bun stuffed with Smoked Beef Belly Burnt Ends, Pickled Red Onions, Roasted Red Peppers and a Horseradish Sauce Drizzle. Served with a side of your choice. You ranchers will kick yourself for not getting this cut in processing, it’s crazy good.

This is not our picture, we’ll updated it after the first sandwich is made.

Tuesday August 11th at The Donkey is Burger Day. Both The Donkey and Fat Donkey are discounted all day. Our Special Burger is The Fat Belly Burger. 1/3lb Burger topped with Sliced Smoked Pork Belly, Cheddar Cheese, Hand Breaded Fried Onion Strings and a BBQ Sauce Drizzle.

Monday August 10th at The Donkey and we got Pete's favorite sandwich from the delis of the North End of Beantown. The Bostonian. Reverse Grilled Ciabatta Bun loaded with 1/4 lb of our Smoked Corned Beef, 1/4 lb Smoked Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Sweet Stone Ground Mustard, and our Homemade Bacon Cole Slaw. You'll always remember your first love, the birth of your children, and your first bite of this sandwich.
