Been working on something new over here 👀🔥

This new rub has been MONEY on beef, chicken and pork. Killer color, beautiful bark and has a nice bold smoky note to it.

Planning an initial limited drop around the holidays and if y’all dig it, it might just earn a permanent spot in the lineup 🤙🏻

Any guesses on what it is?

Labor Day might be the “unofficial” end of summer…but here in Florida, the sunshine and BBQ aren’t going anywhere anytime soon 😂

Loaded up the offset with ribs, smoked sausage, and chicken wings for one more summer cookout. The Drip EZ | BBQ & Meal Prep Tools Prep Tub kept the prep simple, and whatever somehow survived the feast went straight into the Secondz👌🏻

Good food, great people, and smoke rolling all day. That’s how we’re sending summer out around here.

Check out Drip EZ through the link in my bio 🤙🏻

Smoked Cinnamon Maple Candied Bacon 🥓🔥

Sweet, smoky, spicy and easy to make. Thick-cut bacon seasoned with my Hot Rub, topped with maple sugar and fresh jalapeños, then smoked low and slow on the Traeger Grills Woodridge Pro with cinnamon-infused maple syrup dripping all over it.

Ingredients:
* 1 lb thick-cut applewood smoked bacon
* My Stew’s BBQ Hot Rub
* Crown Maple maple sugar
* 3 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
* Crown Maple Cinnamon-infused maple syrup

Instructions:
1. Preheat your pellet grill to 250°F.
2. Lay the thick-cut bacon on a wire rack and season both sides with my Stew’s BBQ Hot Rub or your favorite rub.
3. Sprinkle maple sugar over the top of each strip.
4. Add sliced jalapeños on top of the bacon.
5. Smoke at 250°F for 45 minutes.
6. Drizzle the cinnamon-infused maple syrup generously over the bacon, letting it drip right over the top.
7. Continue smoking at 250°F for another 45 minutes, adding a second drizzle of maple syrup halfway through.
8. Bump the pellet grill up to 300°F for the final 10 minutes to get everything nice and sticky and caramelized.
9. Pull the bacon and let it rest for a few minutes so that cinnamon maple glaze can set up.

Sweet heat, wood-fired smoke and candied bacon…hard combo to beat 🤙🏻
