Welcome to the Dolinski Sausage Company page. Here you can order sausage by sending us a message and leaving your name, number, quantity and what type of sausage you would like. We are also available at the Suntree Outdoor Marketplace at 3270 Suntree Blvd., Melbourne, Fl 32940. The Suntree Outdoor Marketplace is open from 9am-2pm. We are also setting up at Downtown Melbourne market at 1900 S. Harbor City Blvd., Melbourne, Fl 32901. This market is open from 10-3. We are on location at the start of both of the markets. We usually run out of product before the end of the market. So get here early or make use of the page or call Marek @ 321-266-7302 to ensure that you get your sausage fix. Both markets are only open on Saturday and Sunday.
