🗽Betsy’s Bakery goes to NYC🗽
For my birthday, David and I are going to NYC to enjoy (hopefully) some cooler temps, rainbow bagels, pizza, lattes in Central Park, and of course some great shows and sight seeing.

But I need to sell some sourdough! 😬
I’d love to do some Christmas shopping while we’re there, and enjoy ALL the fun things. So, I’ll be baking on the weekends. Pick-up will be on Sundays of each weekend! Message me to place an order!

In honor of myself being a teacher full time and school starting back up, I am running a quick back to school special. This week only you can purchase a plain loaf for $10 OR a croissant loaf for $12. I am only offering these two at a discount, I will not be making specialty loaves beyond the croissant loaf. Good morning! ☀️
As many of you know I am a first grade teacher, currently in the midst of May-vember. With a high schooler and a graduating 5th grader, life is BUSY….to say the least. I have been very quiet on here for a few weeks while in the trenches but I am almost there, I can see the finish line. I am planning to bake a lot more during the week and be able to have a quicker turn around times, and also bake items I don’t always have time for! I have a few camps I’m out of town for but otherwise, it’s me and my starter Eloise 🥖hanging out.

💜I appreciate you sticking by me, being patient, and still supporting me through the chaos of my busy life- it means more to me than you know.

🚨That being said, I will open up orders very soon! I also wanted to ask about doing a front porch pop-up? Is there any interest in doing a weekly porch restock, if so- what day are you wanting fresh bread? I was unable to join the local markets, due to so many sourdough bakers….which is such a cool thing, right?!

In just a few weeks these two and their teams will be competing in the NOKC Spring Finale! We are going to have a sourdough fundraiser to support their fees.
