Message to all of you who may know someone aspiring to be a Chef.

Be prepared for long hours of repetitive day in day out task.
Never expect anything but lack of sleep and personal time.
Know your Food and Know your Numbers.(Math is a Must, as well as knowledge of the metric system)
Have thick skin, because in the lifetime of a Chef more times than not people are not going to like what you do, and they will have no problem telling you.
Be able to laugh at yourself. "SMILE ALWAYS"
Want to be a Chef to share and teach, because if your in it for the money your killing the profession.
Most of all Love what your doing...So much that everyone around you gets tired of you talking about it, so much so that every waking and sleeping moment is about food.
For God's Sake
"Keep it Simple, Stupid"
