Roughcuts Catering Roughcuts Catering is a new catering company based in Memphis, TN owned and ran by Robert Phillips III graduate of LeCole Culinary School and Jeremy D.

Fields former salad/sauté, grillmaster, and fry cook at O'Charley's, Chili's and Olive Garden Fields former salad/sauté, grillmaster, and fry cook at O'Charley's, Chili's and Olive Garden. A $10-12 daily meal will be prepared for pickup and delivery. Complete dinner portions will be available too which can serve 4-6 people. WE ARE THE ALTERNATIVE:
-Don't want to spend money on fast food for lunch,

we are the alternative.

-Long day at work and you don't want to cook, we are the alternative.

-Want to go out to eat but don't want to wait, we are the alternative.

-No time to prepare Sunday Dinner, we are the alternative.

-Class Reunion, Church Picnic, Wedding, Banquet, we are the alternative. The New $10 Meal! Most meals are also very healthy as well for the people that workout and count calories.
