Waiting for long, warm Spring sunshine days. Meantime, we'll enjoy a Riverset Rye sage cleanse cooler.
1.5 parts Riverset Rye
juice of a small lime
1 part ginger simple syrup
2 sage leaves, fresh
3 parts seltzer

Muddle sage and lime, and Riverset Rye and ginger syrup, shake over ice, strain into a coupe or over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Top with seltzer float. Garnish sage sprig or leaf.
